Paragon Environmental Services is a company that specializes in Storm Water Regulations relating to the construction and industrial sectors for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), the Edward Aquifer Program and the Environmental Protection Agency Clean Water Act.

At PES we provide you with a comprehensive program designed to keep your company in compliance with both local and federal regulatory agencies.

As your Storm Water consultants we will work closely with your management staff to coordinate the required plans, inspections and permitting documents. As well as ensuring the Best Management Practices (BMPS) are installed and maintained in accordance with your Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).

Our SWPPP’s are designed and approved by the appropriate regulatory agencies. We attend all scheduled workshops and conventions hosted by the regulatory agencies assuring you the most current updates on the permit (Industrial General Permit #TXR050000 or Construction General Permit #TXR150000) and regulatory issues that impact our industry.
